Commission Process & PoliciesOnce the sketch is approved, full payment (100%) is required upfront before I proceed with the final piece.*I do not accept commissions involving mecha, furry characters, fetish-related, or hateful content.The completion time for each artwork is up to 20 days, depending on complexity.If my commission queue is full and you require your piece on short notice, a 30% priority fee will apply to expedite your order.In the event that I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, I will issue a partial refund corresponding to the unfinished portion of the work.

Important Notice Regarding Artist Availability
In the unlikely event that I become unreachable or inactive online — meaning I am not responding to messages, not posting updates, and appear to have gone offline entirely — please take note of the following:1. Temporary AbsenceIf I am suddenly unavailable without prior notice, this indicates that an unforeseen real-life situation has occurred.
Please be patient and allow several months for my possible return before assuming that communication is permanently lost.2. Usual PracticeI always inform my clients in advance if I plan to take a break or go on leave.
Therefore, if there is no announcement and I am completely offline, it should be understood that the situation is beyond my control.3. Possible CausesWhile I hope this never happens, my absence may result from:Geopolitical circumstances, including internet disruptions or communication restrictions in my country.Health-related issues or medical emergencies.Safety concerns due to the ongoing regional instability.Other personal or technical emergencies preventing me from accessing my online platforms.4. In Case of Non-CompletionIf I am unable to complete your commission due to such circumstances, please understand that this outcome is not intentional and arises from factors beyond my ability to manage.
